When I think of all that I'm thankful for there are a number of people, things, opportunities, etc. that come to mind. The list is beyond what I am able to recount. However, as many of you can relate, family and friends are at the top of that list.
I want to also mention the many students and fellow musicians and music lovers that I encounter of the year. All of them give off sparks of light that illuminate this journey.
Let's not forget that there is a great feeling of thankfulness to be able to pursue this lifestyle/career/journey. I always consider that all of this could vanish in a moment. I also consider the many that want and have wanted to pursue a career in what gives the most enjoyment.
I never take for granted what has been given to me, whether it is my family, the relationships that I've formed, or the many memories made.
